Assignment: Project Structural & Civil Engineer

• Developed appropriate effective structural RC system for basement floors, suspended parking and office floors and roof helipad floor. Hybrid systems of concrete hollow pot and solid slabs were adopted.
• Carried out research and institutional reviews for the roof level helipad design to comply with requirements.
• Developed stormwater & sewer systems to discharge into existing county systems.
• Participated in continuous collaboration with project team members to ensure client requirements are achieved within project time and budget parameters.
• Undertook diligent construction supervision to monitor quality, acceptable construction practice by contractor and safety are achieved throughout the project construction phase.
